I think alot of people get dooped into these cars because they look good. Just about anything made from 99 or newer can be shined up and look like almost new, Cars havent changed that much. This lot is full of pretty shiny cars but they probably all have high miles and are wore out. If you're gonna buy used at least do yourself a favor and buy either Honda or Toyota, And try to get it with low miles. PEOPLE: STOP FALLING FOR LOOKS!!!!

This lady talks like she's uninformed when it comes to vehicles. Surely if it's starting intermittently it's either the alternator, the battery, or the starter motor? Get a used part and get a mechanic to install it? Would be cheap as chips. Some people are stupid.

cars from Bank repo sales, or big dealerships will sell them cars that have remained unsold too long on their lot, at a rock bottom price, most of the people that buy from them, have bad credit, and can't go to a reputable dealer to get credit, and to make matters worse, they are ripped off on the loan, with huge interest rates.

Sorry folks, an 8-year old vehicle (if this was indeed posted in 2010) is not considered a "lemon" under any law. This is why you ALWAYS have a licensed mechanic check over any used vehicle. She can see whoever she wants "in court", she'll lose. (Oh, and to the woman in the video... don't skip on the note, they WILL take the car and you will have a repo on your credit, along with every legal remedy the lender can gain.)
Obviously you did't do your homework before you bought it. Plenty of online sites and forums that show what a piece a crap it is not just for you but for many others. Usually when an outfit is making that big of the "As Is" they are selling junk. They probably had a $700 processing fee as well. Hard to tell. I seriously doubt a real dealership would have done her like that. There aren't any lemon laws in Michigan that can help her out?
That's why you NEVER buy from a used car lot. EVER! Only buy from a dealership, private owner, or well-known used car companies like Carmax.
