You may have found out already, but if you haven't, it's the theme to a really random anime called Kyouran Kazoku Nikki, and this is sort of a parody of the opening. The song itself is called Chousai Kenbo Sengen, by Mosaic.wav :)

Not that I mind it xD But I'm more of a GerIta, Spamano, and PruHun fan. GerIta can also bring out Germany's fluffy side. But you never know. Italy may be acting like that but he might be hiding his dark side and has some sort of really evil plan (he IS the country of the mafia after all). Nobody would see it coming from him.

If you're more into the fluff side of romance, GerIta is the way to go, while if you're more into the darker side of romance, its Germancest.
