AvB and a few others are the true groundbreakers and trendsetters in EDM - all other DJ's are simply followers. Vuhuychanh did a great AvB vs. D.G. comparison below, cheers for that, it was spot on! EDM is almost like metal (my other fave musical genre) - if it gets too much radio play, it's identity is blurred by pop culture and it therefore becomes pop music.
