Actually I think the fifth chord is Bm instead of D. Listen to the B as the bass note in that chord - it gives a much fuller sound. Also instead of Em and C between the refrains try Em Bm.

@Lumberjack8675309 I learned it by listening to the Maxime le Forestier record when I was in Poiters in 1975. But it should be much easier for you to just look at the video and copy the chords from there.
