  • Thats nice .. But wont u rather nap in ur own bed than pay money on napping for a few hours ??

  • BALLS

  • Power-naps are awesome, the only problem i have with them is stressing down and falling asleep fast enough, and then not sleep too long once i fall asleep. I often need 1 hour of time reserved for a 30 min nap if i'm not exhausted beforehand. If i'm all out of energy and not stressed beforehand, i can fall asleep in under a minute :)

I tested out 3-hour naps every 12 hours in the final non-stop study-effort before an exam for about 60 hours, worked like a charm, but i crashed hard after the exam

  • why would anyone want to pay good money to spend time at a place you're going to be unconscious from enjoying?

  • @IHaveAGenericName agreed. prop your legs up on pillows and blankets and use a dim light and call it a night

  • I forget if I was put in room 4, but I recognized that leaf and those flowers in the background. It's quite possible that I have slept in the same bed as Ella.

  • He put her in a vulnerable position. lol. Anyway, is there anything that isn't profitable?

  • Why not just share a cardboard box with the nearest hobo?

  • very nice concept..

  • I was worn out from walking around Central Park in the cold today, so I tried it out. I can understand why cityfolk would pay to get a simple nap.

  • This reminds me of the euthanasia rooms in Soylent green.

  • The founder is cute.

  • useless/10

  • Isn't this what homes are supposed to be ?

    I don't get it :(

  • ultra fashionable modern people with money to burn will pay for things that are free (or they alredy have) if they are packaged the right way. I don't know why, they just do.

  • I could probably see myself doing this if the conditions were just right, that is if I had to spend my whole day in an office downtown. It's hard to find a private room in a highly-populated public area, not to mention one where you can lie down. I guess a bench might be nice but those are usually only in loud areas if found indoors.

Otherwise, yeah, I'd be paying for something which I would normally get for free.

  • omg, Ella you're super hot!

  • Ahhhh shit... bad video to watch when you've pulled an all nighter.

  • pay to take naps? if you have money for that, you have money for a bed. just go home and nap.

  • Rocketboom supports women with sexy accents <3

  • absolutely!

  • "Remember that time is money." -Benjamin Franklin, Advice to a Young Tradesman.

But then again, lack of sleep takes its toll.

  • Nap time FTW!

  • holy crap! ella is australian?

  • Viva la, er, yeah, la Siesta!

    (Is is "la"?)

    (Took German in high school)

    (Also, ignorant)

    Nice video.

  • It's Australia, but it's easy to confuse with English or New Zealand as she doesn't pronoun her words with a hard AR sound as in common with the accent. Sounds like she is from Sydney. :p

  • nice idea rly cool!

  • LOL

His last name is RONCO which means "I snore" In Spanish.

  • thats ironic

  • I don't know why but that room reminded me of the place in the movie "Soylent Green" where people would go to have themselves killed.

  • Man, watching all these RocketBoom videos makes me want to go back to New York again. Best week of my life.

This video has inspired me to go to bed early tonight!

  • exusme, she has british aceent , no_?¿

  • No. Australian I think.

  • Thsi is awesome b/c i love sleep. lol ncie vid

  • They spelled yellow wrong, just saying.

  • for anyone that wants to start taking naps during the day: start with 15 mins each day for the first week, 30 mins second week, and 45 mins third week until you reach an hour. you shouldn't nap for more than an hour or you will disrupt your sleep cycles.

  • My Sim doesn't need to go to a spa to power nap!

  • Aaaah! Rocketboom, stop it! You're making me jealous! :(

  • Japan has a mandatory 2pm nap... at work... Japan win :D

  • yeah....but they stay at their job 14 hours a day ! :S

  • God that looks so comfy! I want one.

  • STOP HER SHOULDERS ! Also, that guy is a genious.

  • I just woke up from a nap and this video is making me want to go back to sleep.. Also did Ella dye her hair?

  • I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend any of you girls with my previous comment. I just thought it was humorous and also a compliment to you girls.

  • hahaha that's weird!

i wonder how they wake you up...

i wouldn't want some random person waking me up, but i also wouldn't want like an alarm sound or anything that would ruin my mood.

although i probably wouldn't go to some place just to pay money to sleep...

    haha.

  • There is a light that mimics the sunrise, gradually getting brighter over a few minutes to wake you up. No alarm clocks!

  • wow, that's really a great idea!

    :)

  • this is a great idea!

  • Agreed

  • I just masturbate after lunch, and I feel relaxed and focused for the rest of the day. :)

  • practice something all day long, go to sleep... you forget everything, including the thing you've been practicing on, but only slightly.. it's still the loudest noise in your head, but everything else has been pushed to the background. That is the benefit of "sleep on it"

  • ummmmm......gonna solve some problems now....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....

  • best. comment. ever.

  • Hi hd883low17. Why did your parents choose such a common name for you?

  • 100$ for a faggot ass nap, lets go!

  • Actually, the site says it's 15 dollars for a 20 minute nap, up to 28 for 40 minutes.

  • I just somehow get even more tired when i wake up after a 1h long nap during the day so its nothing for me, but anyone is his own master

  • 1h is too long, 20 minutes max

  • You should do it in an absolutely quiet room, at a moment where you feel relaxed, but not quite sleepy. Let worries dissapear, and you will have a refreshing nap.

  • Powernaps rules!

  • I've heard of this place! I like the idea

  • Hmm yes. Core need, fairly expensive and very easy to facilitate. Just like when they invented selling bottled water in the 80ies.

  • I wonder if you can take a little "powerwank" there also. Could be pretty relaxing too, in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city that never sleeps.

  • This seems like a profitable niche.

  • Ella, how was your nap? :-)

  • It was glorious, thank you! The cashmere blanket was especially comforting.

  • Will you invest in buying a cashmere blanket, now that you know that you've been missing out?

I'm facing the same problem, they're not cheap you know. :-)

  • Sleeping angel Ella :)

  • Hey that's great; and the govenor of NY can tax all thoes luxury supplies.

  • i love how ella stopped talking once she sat on the recliner chair.

  • so this is like a hotel you cant stay overnight at?

  • *yawn*

  • Technically wouldn't having your legs above your heart increase the energy it takes for blood to flow? since the veins moving towards your feet are designed so that gravity helps and the veins moving away from your feet are designed to fight gravity better... honestly i feel way better in a position where i'm horisontal... though yes napping mid in the day is a great way to make yourself more productive.

  • my favorite napping couch is a loveseat where i can put my legs up over one arm (of the couch, not over my own arm.)

maybe it's just different strokes for different folks?

  • Looks cool and all, but she doesn't say if it really works...

  • THEY'RE NAPPING LEVEL IS OVER 9000!

  • They are napping level is over 9000?

    That's amazing.

  • @jamesthevlog WHAT, over 9000?!?!?!?

  • HAHA, you have to be a Dragon Ball fan to understand that.

  • or a meme fan which is why i came here

  • That looks cool but, where's Molly???

  • @AssholePatrol Very true, but the placebo effect itself is so strong for those that beleive...

  • Reestablish your synaptic connections? LOL riiight.

  • With just a few hours of daylight in Northern Europe during the winter, it's more important to use that fully than napping just then.

  • For some reason I don't think I'd want to pay a professional to let me sleep.

  • Maybe if the guy in the video provided some kind of reach-around from under the bed. I mean at the very least.

  • I don't fall asleep even if I try. There is no nap.

  • How are you still alive?

  • Oh, I sleep at night, i just can't nap.

  • GAH! Interlacing! AAAAAH!

  • Also, that is brilliant!

  • I can't sleep more than 5 hours at a time. I must take naps later in the day to make up the extra three hours. As crazy as that sounds, it's the only normal way to do it, just not here in the US.

  • After watching this, I have finally decided to try to get a good 7-8 hours of sleep instead of the 4-5 hours of sleep that I have been doing.

  • I so need a Yelo Spa where I live. I get so tired alot during the day that no amount of caffiene can get me energized like a power nap can.

  • that spa looks amazing! great idea!

  • I really like what this guy's saying about the productivity obsession in modern society,

  • I can never fall asleep when I try and nap.

  • zzzzzzz

  • Wonder how long till he kills someone. With certain heart conditions, moving a person through that range of motion and COG, you can actually stop their heart.

sadly, many people with that heart condition dont know they've got it.

  • @seanbrockest I wonder how long till you kill someone. With certain bacteria touching an object that someone else with a weakened immune system later touches BOOM kills them.

Sadly, most people with weakened immune systems don't even realise this is happening.

  • i became sleepy after watching this...

    zZzZzZz

  • Napping feels good while I do it, but once I wake up, I feel out of tune with life. I feel forgetful and unaware etc... so I avoid napping unless I truly feel like I need one.

  • i love napping.

  • damn, that really looks comfy

  • 8 hours sleeping is not for everybody. Even people who sleep less tends to live longer as for recent studies. There's the case of day sleepers that should be addressed seriously. Most of us D.S. are better living at night.

  • @thezone1000 Not entirely true... I enjoy all of the videos Rocketboom puts up, whether Molly is in them or not.

If you only want to see Molly, subscribe to her.

  • @thezone1000 Thank you for speaking on behalf of all of Rocketboom subscribers. Unfortunately, you're wrong.

  • I don't get why we would only want to see Molly. I like the info they present and how it's presented. They have some very interesting ideas.

Don't get me wrong, Molly is pretty, but too young for me. I prefer seeing women in their later 20's like Ella Morton and Ellie Roundtree. Those women have the full bodies and know how to use them. Now that I sound like a perv, I'll stop here....lol.

  • @wildboy92004 haha... don't worry... we're all thinking it. But I think Molly is pretty 'full' too. Did you see the Yoga video?

--goes and sits in the perv corner with wildboy--

  • cool! everyone should take more naps.

  • neat idea very gay indeed, but i need metal music to relax and chasmer? hey give me a old army wool blanket over that homo blanket

  • wow, ur cool.

  • power naps make me cranker :/

  • Ella is cuter than a kitten in a basket

  • Comment removed

  • Reflexology > all, you should've gone for that :)

  • Dear Cruciatum: Reflexology is a pseudoscience, and it doesn't work at all beyond the placebo effect.

  • Not bothered, it's placebo effect is still > than power naps.

  • THIRD

  • powernapping doesnt work for me :S

  • Congrats, you're a tool.
