Power-naps are awesome, the only problem i have with them is stressing down and falling asleep fast enough, and then not sleep too long once i fall asleep. I often need 1 hour of time reserved for a 30 min nap if i'm not exhausted beforehand. If i'm all out of energy and not stressed beforehand, i can fall asleep in under a minute :)
I tested out 3-hour naps every 12 hours in the final non-stop study-effort before an exam for about 60 hours, worked like a charm, but i crashed hard after the exam
I forget if I was put in room 4, but I recognized that leaf and those flowers in the background. It's quite possible that I have slept in the same bed as Ella.
ultra fashionable modern people with money to burn will pay for things that are free (or they alredy have) if they are packaged the right way. I don't know why, they just do.
I could probably see myself doing this if the conditions were just right, that is if I had to spend my whole day in an office downtown. It's hard to find a private room in a highly-populated public area, not to mention one where you can lie down. I guess a bench might be nice but those are usually only in loud areas if found indoors.
Otherwise, yeah, I'd be paying for something which I would normally get for free.
It's Australia, but it's easy to confuse with English or New Zealand as she doesn't pronoun her words with a hard AR sound as in common with the accent. Sounds like she is from Sydney. :p
for anyone that wants to start taking naps during the day: start with 15 mins each day for the first week, 30 mins second week, and 45 mins third week until you reach an hour. you shouldn't nap for more than an hour or you will disrupt your sleep cycles.
practice something all day long, go to sleep... you forget everything, including the thing you've been practicing on, but only slightly.. it's still the loudest noise in your head, but everything else has been pushed to the background. That is the benefit of "sleep on it"
You should do it in an absolutely quiet room, at a moment where you feel relaxed, but not quite sleepy. Let worries dissapear, and you will have a refreshing nap.
I wonder if you can take a little "powerwank" there also. Could be pretty relaxing too, in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city that never sleeps.
Technically wouldn't having your legs above your heart increase the energy it takes for blood to flow? since the veins moving towards your feet are designed so that gravity helps and the veins moving away from your feet are designed to fight gravity better... honestly i feel way better in a position where i'm horisontal... though yes napping mid in the day is a great way to make yourself more productive.
I can't sleep more than 5 hours at a time. I must take naps later in the day to make up the extra three hours. As crazy as that sounds, it's the only normal way to do it, just not here in the US.
Wonder how long till he kills someone. With certain heart conditions, moving a person through that range of motion and COG, you can actually stop their heart.
sadly, many people with that heart condition dont know they've got it.
@seanbrockest I wonder how long till you kill someone. With certain bacteria touching an object that someone else with a weakened immune system later touches BOOM kills them.
Sadly, most people with weakened immune systems don't even realise this is happening.
Napping feels good while I do it, but once I wake up, I feel out of tune with life. I feel forgetful and unaware etc... so I avoid napping unless I truly feel like I need one.
8 hours sleeping is not for everybody. Even people who sleep less tends to live longer as for recent studies. There's the case of day sleepers that should be addressed seriously. Most of us D.S. are better living at night.
I don't get why we would only want to see Molly. I like the info they present and how it's presented. They have some very interesting ideas.
Don't get me wrong, Molly is pretty, but too young for me. I prefer seeing women in their later 20's like Ella Morton and Ellie Roundtree. Those women have the full bodies and know how to use them. Now that I sound like a perv, I'll stop here....lol.
Thats nice .. But wont u rather nap in ur own bed than pay money on napping for a few hours ??
