No really, why the fuck did Youtube recommend this shit to me? if I wanted to see someone ghetto make some hash brownies I'd go watch that, but you are overdoing it with your attitude.
everything not that long ago was made from pork fat witch is lard now its made with shortening because ewww the health critics say you clog arteries with pork fat. well my oppinion has always been eat good in moderation and eat natural stuff witch is pork fat. If i must eat fat it might as well be the real thing mmmmmm bring on the pig!!!!
Now we're just gonna pour that bacon fat all up in there. Aw yea that looks good. Now lets take that pig and drain its blood, let it just gush outta there into that pie. Damn that looks good. Now, let's take that pig's bones and just put em in our food processer. Lets add a little pig piss for texture. Aw fuck yea. Now, fold that shit right into that pie dough, knead it like a motherfucker, then line our pie pan with it. Add the pecan filling, and I like to take a shit into my pie before baking.
i just researched a little and this appears to be a Kentucky Derby Pie w/out chocolate. the "pecan pie" that i make is a very different recipe than this one....

This pie as you can guess from the name became famous from the Kentucky Derby horse race. You'll find many resturants near Churchill Downs in Louisville, KY that serve this pie.
I've always been afraid that the flavor added to bacon during curing would affect the taste of the crust so I used to just render my own lard from plain raw pork.
But bacon grease is much easier so I'm going to try it, and after thinking about it, the bacon flavor is probably an improvement over plain lard.
First of all this is not how you make the right tpye of Pecan pie this is moded and to say you dont like this must make you that sick fuck who likes to eat bugs !
wha kind of chef are u. not chilling ur dough and pretty much kneading ur dough. ur supposed to smear it with the heel of ur hand. but it does look good:)

btw, if you add that much water to your pie crust, you'll have about half of it left after baking: it'll be shrunken to a tiny little pecan pie...
