Does removing the fat from the upper eyelids change other parts of a persons appearance? For ex. flatter frontal cheeks around the orbit or do you just take the fat out of the eyelid. I read that the fat isn't actually located in the eyelid but rather inside the socket surround your eyeballs.

The answer is very complicated. But in reality the amount of fat removed is so minimal that any other changes besides the bag removal is not noticable by naked eyes.

Can you get fat injected in the same way that one can get fat removed?

why do docs say that Blepharoplasty is also for dark circles ? it's more for baggy eyes since they're taking out the fat no ?

There are times that fatty baggs under the eye create a shaddow. If dark circles are shaddows caused by fat baggs then blepharoplasty could help, however, if it is only skin color then surgery is of little use.
