  • One of the best breakings of the fourth wall I´ve ever seen...

  • good lord

  • this beats every horror movie

  • Pretty much the scariest thing I've seen on tv

  • NOPE.

  • If only he'd killed Donna too (and closet case James).

  • @TheGreatwhiteshark84 Can I watch?

  • With little to no doubt the single scarriest thing I've seen in my entire life.

How can a man walking towards the camera be so ******* freaky?

  • Brilliant Show!!!!!

  • NIGHTMARES AS FUCK

  • i get shivers everytime

  • Thank god for David Lynch's brilliantly disturbed mind.

  • Trooop peur!

  • I first saw this show when i was 6 or 7 (with my mother), I am now 26 and still have "bob" nightmares today.....Crazy how stuff haunts you like that

  • Scariest shit EVER!

  • Ugh, I never thought a villain named Bob could be scary. I was wrong.

  • Bloody scariest villlain in I've ever seen! I always get nightmares about him after I've watched my Twin Peaks DVD's.

  • Bob never fails to creep and scare the hell outta me--he's right up there with Eugene Victor Tooms and clowns.

  • i have the dvd collection of twin peaks,i havent watched them for about a year now but i still have bob nightmares, creepy fucker.

  • Like a really socially unaware individual trying to get a girl.. nice!

  • i can hardly watch that. there's nothing more frightening than that!!

  • looks like Bob is entering your soul

  • Fuck man, I had a dream about this a few nights ago, I woke up shaking and ghasping for air. Scariest shit I've seen, and worse than any Shining scene in the world.

  • Omg i just shitted in my pants

  • Fuck. This has ruined my sleep. For almost twenty years now. Great job!

  • holy fuck this made me jump the first time it skips forward

  • Holy crap, try watching this when you are alone, and the door isn't locked.

  • @sadieviction

That's the way I watched and really scared the shit out of me... One of the scariest scenes in TV ever... I felt like running the hell away as soon as possible!!!...

  • @riggs100 Bob is probably the scariest villain in my opinion. R.I.P Frank Silva

  • @sadieviction I dont think Bob does care about locked doors anyway....:D

  • I had a few nightmares with BOB and other Twin Peaks scenes, I remember , when I was a teenager under 15, one night I was so f***n scared after watching one episode, that I sat on my bed and cried for like an hour... I was SO SCARED of those scenes... It was about 1993-1994 when Twin Peaks was broadcasted in Poland. I remember this fear and mind buggle to this day... :) They should forbid teenagers to watch it. This is really freaky and sick, really psychodelic. More than "Blair witch project".

  • @stefan90210

same here buddy. I've just couldn't sleep. scariest tv show ever. pozdrowienia z polski:)

  • @bebiszon No, masakra co się wtedy działo ;) Pozdrowienia! :)

  • This was obviously the inspiration for the japanese horror film ringu and the american remake the ring

  • the jump cuts are scurry

  • im 14 years old and my family and i are watching twin peaks now. fucking scary

  • it really looks like he is coming out pf the screen to get you doesnt it,I remember nearly falling off my couch when I seen this.I wonder if this scene was the inspiration for ring.

  • He was scary and the sound that comes with him makes it worse but now he'd get owned.

  • BOB gave me nightmares for about 10 years!

  • Great to see everyone who was a kid when they watched this originally brave it again like i just did, lets all give ourserlves a pat on the back for being brave

  • I keep watching this in the hopes it will desensitize me, no luck.. he still scares the hell out of me! :(. What a great series to have such an effect on me like this.

  • If i was her i would wait until he gets closer and then grab the lamp and then WHACK,smash t.he lamp on his ugly forehead....he'll be dreaming in disneyland.

  • @1986Hitman useless as he is not a human being

  • Bricks were shat when I saw this for the first time...

Bricks were shat when I saw this for the second time too...

  • why did I purposely search for this scene right before going to bed? must be losing my mind. now I need to watch the interview with the guy who plays Bob so I know it's just a character and not a real man about to invade my dreams

  • @NoNameLeftToTake Shit me! I just did the exact same thing. Haha, I went outta my way to do this too. lol

  • @NoNameLeftToTake just made the same stupid thing :s

  • id let bob watch my kids

  • this gave me nightmares as a kid

  • i just wish someone would upload the scene wherein Bob screams and laughs hysterically ... its the most intense acting ive ever seen that particular scene :)

  • I was scared when I was 8 watching this

  • BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

  • and this is about 12 years before "The Ring"...

  • woah, try watching this by yourself at night with all the lights off and the doors unlocked. this scared the crap out of me when i first saw it last year, and i was 24

  • @charger619c LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

  • oh fuck that's creepy :(

  • i saw this when it orginally aired and i was about 12 years old and it scared the ever living christ out of me. i still have a hard time watching it, or any scene with bob for that matter.

  • Damn. It's light outside, people around me in the room, I'm totally safe ...

    ... I'm still shuddering.

    He. Is. Creepy.

  • Such a brilliantly creepy scene. Just the way he walks towards her and the camera, so simple but effective. Chilling.

  • Bob the best, looks like homeless but damn scarry mf...

  • so creepy

  • Almost 20 years ago this aired the first time and it still scares the fuck out of me. Twin Peaks was a masterpiece, the no. 1 show ever made for TV.

  • imagine this was a ghost and saying sinister words as its comming like this at you...

  • I was nearly- only nearly peeing in my pants. Got Bob is scary! :-O

  • Il tipico post-alcolista di periferia anni 90, adesso in versione Satana!

  • @michotto ahhaahahhaahahahahaahhhahaha esatto!bellssima descrizione|!

  • This STILL scares the crap out of me :/

  • This show scared the sh*t out of me when it was on - 1990? 91? I watched every episode.

  • One of the best, and most underappreciated, shows ever made.

  • I love TWIN PEAKS.

  • Rest in Peace Maddy and RIP BOB

  • Hah, that's some creepy shit.

  • Minchia.

Bob era e rimane il mio TERRORE.

  • e vero pure il mio coando ero picola mama mia che paura specialmente coando a mazato laura palmer

  • What a fuck! Bob!!

  • I can't actually watch it, it scares me way too much!

  • One of the most scary scenes of the entire Twin Peaks! Fantastic scene, fantastic TV-show!! Only the scene when Ronnette Pulasky wakes up in the hospital and get's a flashback of the murder of Laura Palmer is more scary(the end of the first episode of the second season of Twin Peaks) than this!

  • I just watched this series for the first time on dvd, and i gotta say what the hell happened to tv since the late 90's? this was almost 20 years ago and is 100 times better than anything on today

  • i can`t watch this scene, it makes me so freakin` scared. i read the book, so it`s even harder

  • Unsettling scene!

  • Indeed ihithardfrom95 I totally agree with you. Man this is one of the scariest clips ever! And it's only 20 seconds long!

  • Still creeps me out to this day. And I was 23 when this was aired back in 1990!

  • BOB aka Frank Silva ( who is dead now by the way) was'nt originally cast to play BOB he was just working on set design when David Lynch saw him coming out from behind a piece of furniture and found the vision scary....so he asked frank to play bob. That is the genius of David Lynch to see things in real life and then capture them on film. Hands down BOB is the most frightening character ever to grace our screens.

  • This scene scared the SHIT out of me! Also the scene where Bob comes through Laura's window, so simple but so fucking scary!

  • I have goosebumps!

  • after going so long without getting scarred by a movie, twin peaks got the job done, im too scarred to watch this :P

  • This scene ... it was the most scary of them all.

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! This scene is so freaking scary.

  • this is the creepiest scene i've ever seen in my life..ugh

  • @XxChickyxX Same here!!!

  • @XxChickyxX

GOD I know this scene is mental!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I just cant watch this... :D I try but I can't! I've seen this scene once and it was way too scary for me. Love Twin Peaks though, but when I watch it from the DVD I always skip this scene.. :)

Lynch must be a genius, he creates such a strong feeling...

  • It doesent take to be a genius to make this, just imagine what would scare the shit out of you and film it and thats exacly what he did, obviously he was right with his generalization of feelings.

  • @sivko23 Ok genius, now you only need a brain to develop a decent plot for a TV show.

  • @cabarrera Ok can u stop insulting? He made a great show hat off , but i think in movies directors try not to scare people too much so its a pleasurable fear , still theres something very creepy and sinister about this that takes some good creativity

  • @sivko23 Ok. I apologise. You are making a good point. It is just that the merit of Lynch is to make easy what is really difficult. It seems easy to find something that really scare us, but actually it is very difficult to show it on the screen with all the right elements (sound, music, images). That is what makes great this scene and any movie from Lynch.

  • @cabarrera Ok, it hurt a bit but i recovered, yes i think could scare people even more but he knew we would probably get a heart attack if he went so far. :)

  • @sivko23 Second part: Just compare it with any horror movie nowadays, full of loud music and annoying noises. That is what makes the difference between any director and a real author. The ability to appeal to our deepest fears and showing with such class. Again I apologise if I offended you. Thanks for reply and have a nice life.

  • My favorite Twin Peaks scene! So simple and unexpected. Scared the crap out of me!

  • wow it still gives me the chills

  • I remember ma dad let me watch this with him when i was about 5 and it freaked me out, great scene, that guy is one scary ass person

  • Scary scene. I believe it was in the Hayward house, though, not the Palmer's.

  • Fantastic scene gave me nightmares for 20 years. One of the best scenes ever, top 3 from the Twin Peaks series.

  • That was really the best scene, i was so scary when i saw it. My hairs on my arms

still get up whenever i see it.

  • Me too. He's the one who didn't let me sleep from night to night.I had nightmares where i'm running away, but he still catches me.brrrrrr

  • @kampa81 Agree,I was sleepless because of some scenes, this one is really really freaking scary, psychodelic and phobic.I also remember other scene, when Laura's mother cries in other female shoulders, and then she sees Laura instead, and then suddenly she sees BOB behind the bed. I watched it with my older sis, I merely cried, become pale and that night there was no way for me to sleep. My father had to come to my room and calm me down. This was really a GREAT shock and left a scar on my mind ;p

  • AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. No but seriously this fim did make me pee myself, just a bit.

  • Holy crap, that's creepy.

  • agree

  • brrrr!
