for the people who are stuck on the mission after there isnt one for phil the p is just there to tell u u can buy weapons from there to complete it you must buy the business around the map and do there missions like film studio/kaufmen cabs/print works/malibu club/strip club/sunshine autos/vice city docks/ they might be one not sure cant remember but once youve done these it will give you the open for the last mission {keep your friends close} hope this helped if did please subscribe to channel

To get Phil Cassidy's missions you have to first complete all the missions given at the Malibu Club asset. :-)

You don't have to do those either, unless you want a 100% completion.

It is only necessary to do those things if you want to complete the game 100%, that is, get a 100% complete in the in-game statistics. You don't have to do the stunts or the rampages to finish the storyline.

The boatyard is completed when you have done the boat race (get into one of the boats at the boatyard to start this mission).

Sunshine Autos is completed by doing the first vehicles list (collect all the vehicles). This list can be found at the back of the building, where you can also find the street races and a Pay 'N' Spray. Check out my video called "GTA Vice City - Sunshine Autos - Vehicle List 1".

You can also complete the Pole Position Club by sitting through the private dance show.

How did you get your health and armor to 150? Is it like the same thing in San Andreas or something where you do Vigilante Missions and Ambulance Missions?

Yeah, the Vigilante mission gives +50 armor, but to increase the health by 50 you'll have to complete the Pizza Boy mission rather than the Paramedic mission.

First you have to buy the Malibu Club and then you have to complete all the Malibu Club missions. After that you'll be able to get missions directly from Phil.

That suit, called the Mr. Vercetti suit, will become available when you have bought the Pole Position Club asset. You will find the suit about one block north of the Pole Position Club along the street going north/south right outside the club.

In the cutscene at the start of the mission Phil Cassidy blows up his moonshine still. This causes Tommy Vercetti to become a bit intoxicated for a while since he breathed in the alcoholic gases released in the explosion.

You meet Phil Cassidy as part of the Malibu Club missions. He should give you a phone call when you've completed the last Malibu Club mission, telling you to go see him at his place.

The first step is to buy the Malibu Club. It's the club where you first meet Kent Paul. Then you will unlock the first of four Malibu Club missions, "No Escape?".

If I remember correctly, Phil in GTA3 said that he lost his arm fighting in some country in Central America, so that part doesn't add up with what happened in this mission. GTA3 is set in the early 2000s while Vice City is set in 1986, so the time line is ok though.

I think he couldnt remember what happened by then so he made up a story. Alcohol does it to you. Or he wanted to fib about either way Phil is cool I dont like that he isnt in San Andreas or IV

yeah it seems as if Phil did the most in Vice City. He didnt ever live or visit San Andreas and in Liberty City Toni and Claude only see him in one mission each in their respective games. Thats also probably why they gave Phil different voice actors for his III and LCS appearances.

Yeah, having looked around a bit, it seems like the original voice actor for Phil in Vice City (Hunter Platin) did a bunch of characters in III, one in Vice City and also one in San Andreas. It's not strange that they used a different guy to voice Phil in Vice City and VCS though since they were able to get Gary Busey. They could've used him in LCS too though, but I suppose that it was just too small a role for him.
