I'm gonna just as an experiment, get a copy of this game and get the screen caps (just the scenes I feel that aren't so bad as to need censoring) and make a slide show video of them and post it on youtube, and wait and see how long it takes to get flagged. I predict it never will. Even if it does get flagged, nudity flags just get a video rated 18+. Explicit sexual acts flags get a video deleted. And I'm pretty sure only copyright violation (or other illegal video) can get an account suspended.

*Sigh* You've commented so much that I'm not even sure what to reply to, so I will say this: I pointed out that the account would be on grounds for termination or the video removed; I'm not naive to how things are done on this site. It takes multiple strikes in some (but not all) cases to be terminated. Video removals can also give you strikes. Again, it matters not what you consider nude art; this game in general clearly violates their basic guidelines on the subject as-is (without editing).

Flagging is at the discretion of the user; YT gets hundreds of flags every hour and has millions of videos; because a few slip by doesn't mean they don't care. I personally know people who got strikes for not editing properly. I knew a PC-98 uploader with far less offensive content (mostly crude titles) that was removed in a heartbeat. Until you can take me up on my offer and upload the gameplay uncensored, I honestly don't think you're exactly entitled to deem what is acceptable on this site.

But my opinion of the specific scene you chose to censor is still the same. I consider what you posted nude art (although maybe on the more risque end of the "nude art spectrum") rather than porn, and as such I still think you shouldn't have censored it.

And from my experience with Youtube's views on nudity and what they will act on, I think your video even if completely uncensored would be considered ok. Absolute WORST I'd expect with an image like yours is for the video to be 18+ restricted.

However the fist shot of the 3 seems to vary from nude art (like the one you had that you did censor, it shouldn't have been rated 18+ or in any way censored) to genuine softcore porn (like the one with the character I beat, in which not only was she topless at this point but her facial expression seemed to be scared as if she feared being raped now that she was topless, and I think her facial expression made all the difference and is what ultimately made it into what I would consider porn).

Ok I just played the game and the scene you have censored appears to be just 1 of 3 consecutive scenes (3 bad scenes per character). with 1 being the least bad, and 2 being what appears to be hardcore porn (at least with the opponent I beat it was a shot with her vagina in the center of the image and it looked like a dog was inside it). Although "censored" by Japanese standards as they are required to do even with their porn, it definitely wasn't kid friendly.

I am not denying it is an 18+ game. I'm saying that this scene you censored I doubt is the worst scene in the game, and my hunch is that it is actually not this scene that got the game its 18+ rating, but that this is actually a less than 18+ rated scene. Another similar game called Metal and Lace: Battle of the Robo Babes had UNSCENSORED scenes similar to this scene in question from Power Beauties, and it had the rating "PG-13" printed on the box.

@BankaiIchigo12345 Fair enough, though as you pointed out, there were indeed multiple versions of M&L that did not get proper ratings or weren't even properly licensed at all. Many of these games are rated 18+ (especially on the PC market), but some have more mild "ecchi" versions and even all-ages versions made for consoles. This is not one of those games. All the H-Scenes are graphic not just because of the imagery, but the dialogue, which is something many people do not take into account.

Upon further research I found a picture of the 18+ upgrade disk for metal and lace, and it says on it that it "adds nudity" so apparantly the 13+ version had no nudity. So the copy I downloaded must have been the 18+ version.

Also I found a game called Demonophobia which has a character which contains extensive graphic violence, including the ability for the heroine to lose her clothes from being hit by certain attacks from enemies.

In fact there is a video on Youtube showing her WHILE she is naked, getting killed by a booby-trap in a VERY violent and painful way! And it is UNCENSORED (no pixelation or black-box used), and it doesn't feature any warning in the video, or the video description, regarding the content, and the video is not flagged for content (I can watch it without logging into Youtube or entering my birthdate to prove my age).

YT can't be bothered to police everything all at once; sometimes it takes a while before they get around to it. The text is in Japanese so, unless you can read Japanese (which most Americans don't), then you will find the text is not offensive. The site is region coded (if you live in Japan most results are in Japanese, if in the US most results are in English). So if you are in Japan (and thus you likely are Japanese and can read Japanese) then you will not likely land on this video (which was submitted in the US), and thus you won't find this potentially offensive video in search.

You should also realize if you go to Google Images and search for "valkyrie the power beauties" you will find that the images shown (even with safe search set to STRICT, which should block ALL "bad" images) include the nude scenes in their original form (not censored). You can't censor everything bad, not even googles search engine has succeeded in doing so, so give up trying to be a "goodie two shoes", and post a video with the unedited images already!

An account will not be suspended unless it has multiple copyright violations. Simply posting what youtube executives have put in the rules as banned because of "adult content" will at WORST get the video removed, and the account holder will keep their account. However even that scenario would be unusual.

MOST likely thing would be that the person's video would be flagged either by a Youtuber or Youtube employee, and would then become age restricted to 18+

Actually to be more accurate, it had NR 13 (not rated, but recommended for children under 13) printed on the box of the US version, because it never passed through any American game ratings board, because it was not made in the US. Looking through Google images though there is also a version of the game that has NR 18 printed on the box that also was released in the US, and I'm guessing that it had worse scenes.

For instance, a lot of people find King of Fighters Dream Match for Dreamcast to be hard because of Rugal. You can basically roll evade right in front of him and throw him with any character last time I checked. Of course you can't always do just ONE move over and over. Usually, there is always a strategy that can be exploited; it's just a matter of finding it. Same thing for Akuma mode in SFA2G.
