Here's something I noticed. When Gohma pushes the rock back up, it pushes Valoo's tail back up through the hole.... great sentence.... Anyway, why does Valoo put his tail back through instead of thanking Gohma and putting his tail somewhere where he wants it?

Maybe Chugga didnt realize back then but you can actually visit the shrine before even going into Dragon Roost Caverns and get the Wind's Requiem. It helps with the dried up lake part with the crazy wind, so yeah.
