well it actually depends what country your from... if your in mexico you pronounce that way, but if your in spain and in latin america like puerto rico, dominican republic etc etc you pronounce it Beh-Jah... and if your in the philippines Bell-yah... just like padilla... padi-yyah, padi-jjah and padill-ya
