Timmy C's my favourite bassist because of his tone and great bass lines, but FLEA knows how too groove :) and does it bloody fast.

flea is just nuts. apples to oranges. a tough one would be timmy c vs justin chancellor. both have stupid tone and creative bass lines for powerhouse guitarists.
