If i may ask. How did you record footage from a alternative camera view? Is it the games 1st person view with the hud edited out or some special tool was used?

I use a trainer to remove the hud, do slow motion, and become invisible to the AI, but that's it. It's all just first person view (and third person) and some editing trickery. Default, ingame camera angles. I would shoot a puppy for a noclip cheat.

Note that I don't use any cheats during the recording of the actual run, however.

just right enablecheats 1 in the .ini file and then in the game press "c" or something and you will get a cheat screen and it has infclip in it

That is an unlimited clip, you are misunderstanding my request. Noclip would mean 47 would stop clipping with the level and allow me to fly around and use a proper camera.
