Actually, that does look like a good pancake. It looks like it is between what we call pancakes and crepes. Thicker than a crepe but thinner and more dense than a N. American style pancake.
@Lagolop Recipe...?? My tossing skill doesn't extend as far as actually making the pancake too - that was prepared by my host using a supermarket Pancake Mix!!!!
