Rock Bar is definitely still here! It's very popular. I was there a few weeks ago. Bar 7 sounds really familiar to me and it probably still exists. I know for a fact that there's a Bar 10 somewhere. I haven't heard of AD4 Bar but then again I haven't been to all the foreigner bars in Incheon.
