He propably didnt use a really sharp razor, or whatever he used, and didnt cut hard enough.. so those were propably only scratches, and if there was blood from it you wouldnt be able to see it from this distance since it wouldnt be that much cuz he did it quit fast en you can see he didnt went deep or anything ..
