my r15 is 3000 kms and 7 months old.. i have a problem.. sometimes accelerators gets locked at 100 and sometimes it goes upto 125 with more accelerator space remaining... Is there something wrong with my bike!?!?!
Wow...thts some speed in ths corners...tht strech is common to me....most of my speed run are in them...Considering the way u riding, I m sure u can speed more with less traffic...

I like that stretch so tend to open up a bit there, but this was to test the camera mount, I wasnt going all out though...worried about the camera falling off
yeah weekend mornings are nice, it was a lot better before they put up speed bumps. I'll probably do a weekend run once i get the camera mount sorted out

Max speeds you can achieve at ~10500 rpm.
Model: Yamaha YZF-R15 P20
Tested with about ~11 litres of fuel.
1st gear - 45 Kmph (1st gear max speed)
2nd gear - 68 Kmph (1st gear max speed + 23 Kmph)
3rd gear - 90 Kmph (2nd gear max speed + 22 Kmph)
4th gear - 110 Kmph (3rd gear max speed + 20 Kmph)
5th gear - 130 Kmph (4th gear max speed + 20 Kmph)
6th gear - 133 Kmph (this is the max i've gone in doubles, It should definitely show up 150 Kmph solo means a +20 Kmph from 130 Kmph @ 5th gear)

@m34782 Then your bike isnt fast enough...not all R15's perform the same. We've tested a number of bikes on radar gun and Vbox, true speed is ~130kph

Thanks...true top speed for a stock bike on a level piece of road is around 130kph which would read just over 140kph on the speedo

The shifts were at pretty high revs. Was that especially for the camera or do you always shift at higher revs whilst running on the ring road..?
