It's been a while since we last saw the series, but we think all the answers to your question are "from the unaired pilot"

The guy you see in the first clip is the "tom" they'd casted for the unaired pilot...he was later changed for Rob Estes

If we're not mistaken its from the unaired pilot...you can find it online

not sure if its from that epi though...its been a while since we cut up the video LOL

the unaired pilot is pretty much a combo of the first 3 to 5 epis and follows the lines of the actual books more than the continuation of the series do ...
