You are literally, mentally, emotionally and physically not the same man. I mean that in every positive way, we've talked about this. You look great. Really really :)
I think you look great. When one has a busy schedule I know how easy it is to fall into the eat what's convenient trap. Perhaps some protein meal bars or Antonia's idea of replacing a meal with a protein drink. I haven't lost anything in almost a year and I'm still at 260 lbs. I need to re-evaluate! :) Sounds like you have some very rewarding jobs.
You look fabulous !! Somtimes when i need that extra push i go back to my videos and watch the ones where i was excited about the surgery and loosing . : ) Christi
hey i have gained 43lbs! i am starting over with my weight loss journey! i plan to lose 50lbs in 19 weeks, comeback and make weekly videos, you can do it! you can always join me on my challenge if you like. week 3 starts on Sunday but you can start anytime,. you have a busy lifestyle so you already doing plenty of exercise. remember the rules 1200 calories protein first if you need a meal replacement try protein shacks. i wish you the best. and good to see you again. you look amazing!
I just became acquainted with your channel and your journey. You look absolutely amazing so don't let this STALL get you down. Let your body catch up with what you've been putting it through for so long. (I'm a lapband patient as well, so you may need to tell me this same thing at some point lol). I've done a lot of videos and talk quite a bit about the things I eat. Most are super quick and travel friendly. Too many things to list here. Go check it out if u like. Good luck!
Hello, I sent you an email and tweeted you. I'm trying to get Gut2Cut going again. Would love for you to get involved, I remember you from 4/5 years ago and you look fantastic now, what you have achieved is very inspirational!!!
To improve taste, you can add peanut butter and raisins (I do it with lettuce leaves which works too). You dont have to worry about being committed. Just add some or all of this to your already existing eating plan and you can still lose weight. Best of luck. :)
When you have time to prepare your lunch for the week, pack a lot of your favorite fruit that you enjoy. Get ones that you can eat on the run (i.e. apples, pears, nectarines, avocados, tomatos, bananas, oranges, etc.). Make also some nuts and raisins for a quick trail mix (i.e. peanuts, sunflower seeds, cashews, etc.). And finally some veggies you like or can tolerate (i.e. carrot & celery sticks).
Hey :) So you still want to lose weight, eh? Hmm, ok. Well, I will call u out for making xcuses ;). I kno that if you had time to eat lunchables despite working 3 jobs, u had time to eat a healthier snack. So as your [silly] friend, I will give you my 2 cents. :D
I think you should be thrilled about just maintaining. Anyone can lose weight, keeping it off is the hard part. You are keeping it off.
Also STOP beating yourself up. It's that internal voice that has been inside you for years destroying you making you want to withdraw. Pat yourself on the back for once in your life.
You look fantastic! It's hard to stay "on program" when you have such a busy schedule. But when you go shopping (when you fit the time in!), portion out healthy snacks as soon as you get home from the store so you have something just as easy as a lunchable to grab and take with you on the go, but perhaps something that's a healthier option. And protein shakes, of course, although they're not as filling to me as real food.
woo woo steve, we do the same thing!

You're not failing, you're living life. I am glad to see that you're working! I'm wondering, what are your goals in life (outside of weight loss)?

don't you think that after all your body went thru it needs a break?
maintenance is something I would have called a miracle these days...if it happened to me.
these days you have 3 jobs..a year or two ago you were trapped in your own house...
look at the sky and thank God for you were lucky and brave enough to do this
