Friend of mine has a Jeep Liberty with a little 2.8 liter four cylinder engine.

I watched it drag a chevy, a ford and a tundra 4x4 pickup across the parking lot and couldn't believe my eyes.

The key is balance. The Jeep has a greater % of weight on the back tires so it has more available traction then the pickups which are very light in the back.

Of course it helps that the Jeep has a bad ass diesel engine, 16valves, turbo with intercooler, but the traction is what won the pull not the power.

I just bought a foose at a dealer in canada, it pulls really hard but i havent taken it to the strip yet, i have to get the supercharger tuned and the transmission tuned aswell, its performance only shows in peaks an valleys, i aint dissing ur tundra thats a solid truck, i dont think they tuned the foose well enough for how much horsepwer/torque it really has ahha. didnt mean any discression aha

I'll be the first one to tell you that I thought I'd get smoked by that truck, but I didn't. And the other thing to consider is this, mines a 4x4 with the TRD package. I'm in Canada and the Foose lists at 60/K and my truck at 40/K so the difference is huge. If I spent 10/K on engine mods and 10/K on suspension and brakes I would have one unstoppable truck. Now if they were the same price and the Foose was a 4 wheel drive I'd be driving the Ford.
