As a Crash game myself, the fruits are not called apples in Crash Bandicoot... they're called Wumpa Fruit, to get all the crates you need good hand-eye coordination and have very good gaming skills, and to get the colored you have to explore the levels for any secret areas.

@megacoolerman The gem process of this game is strange. You need to collect a certain amount of gems to get a different colored gem. Then you use them to collect boxes you couldn't find before. Ex: Like the green gem you saw floating in the air at 5:26. You have to obtain it in another level. Then when you get it, come back to that level, and it will take you to the remaining boxes a.k.a a secret path.

if ur using a psx emulater u can go to the options or whatev then go to memory cards type in something on card one like "my memory card" and it should create a memery card that u can save on. that and then save states!

@redblade4 actually, it's easily explained :P In the beggining you see Crash being carried by the waves to the shore, so he probably became uncouncious from the fall and ended up in the beach...

Or maybe it's just plot convinience xD

hey i dont know if u already knew this but when u get all the boxes in some lvls u get colored gems and then u can jump on those gems when they appear to get the rest of the boxes in the rest of the lvls
