Jenkins is a mezzo soprano so, yeah, her high notes are not nearly as crystal clear and seemingly full of ease as Brightman's. However, Jenkins' low notes are so incredibly full and resonant. Jenkins is the John Stockton to Brightm's Karl Malone.

There's still much misunderstanding in many of the comments here which compare KJ with SB. What they're expressing is a preference for a type rather than a quality of voice. Many claim or imply superior knowledge, but show just the opposite by comparing the two. The difference is that KJ is a mezzo soprano. It is seen more in pure opera and not to everyone's taste. I'm one of those who does not like it. SB's voice is generally preferred - easily established by the comments on YT videos.

a) I can't feel the harmony of Andrea and Katherine much like how Sarah and Andrea did. No goosebumps of my hair standing effect too.

b) She can't pull a long high note compared to Andrea at the ending whereas Sarah can do even longer.
