I hear voices inside of my head, more than just feelings. I've always had it, but for most of my life I ignored it thinking I was probably going crazy, but so much of what the voices said to me have turned out to be so accurate! I was told by doctors that I would never be able to have children, and when I was 18 they wanted to do a hysterectomy on me. My gut feeling screamed 'no' and a few years ago when I was going through a divorce, I heard a voice telling me that I would have a son, and a
I personally never trust anything off e-mail. Especially any e-mails with spelling mistakes or asking for money, they are big NO NO's. But my mum has gotten into scams before, so it's good that you followed your gut feeling... because most (I'm being nice about saying 'older') people tend to trust what they read on the net too much, and wouldn't even question 'oh it's from my friends address, why would it be fake'. It's not that easy to get scammed if you have some web awareness.
Yes, older and even a lot of times younger - people should aways verify as much as possible and listen to those nagging doubts that may be telling us something,.
you're ahead of a lot of people by discovering that :). At work sometimes people send us things asking if they are a scam... and I don't know why they bother because most of the time it's so painfully obvious that they are, that the person pretty much embarrassed themselves even thinking to ask.
Once my father took me to a party where adults were present and the kids were hanging around the pool. It was through people who were friends and family of who would become my stepmother. I was minding my own business chatting with another girl my age and a middle aged man walked up and started talking to us. I immediately got a bad feeling and heard NO NO NO. I avoided this man and told my father about it and he told me not to worry. Turns out he was a man who had raped a young girl before.
I have learnt through experience NEVER to loan money. I would rather give it as a gift. I lived next door to a couple who were drug addicts and they would constantly ask me for money to buy their children food, well I would give them food but I knew if I gave them money it would be for drugs. In the end I stopped giving them food because it was still enabling them to use their cash for drugs, hard lesson, my heart broke for those kids.
and yes even though my higher thought was NO NO don't do this, my compassion won out and I would help. It backfired on me terribly, when I stopped helping they attacked me and I caught them breaking into my house :(
Sad that people are so vicious even after helping them.
Proves again the instability of some lower life forms coming into human beings too soon to be able to control the energies of those prior forms - or our minds needing to be more aware of those lower life forms around our minds to be in more control of their emotions.
Hello :) Interesting video...I definitely guide my life with the help of 'intuition'...I feel the best kind is the impulses that lead you 'to' something - perhaps a feeling of excitement etc at the thought of a particular path....rather than the type that can be more 'fearbased' if you know what I mean - the 'dont do that' urge - sometimes that is just fear, although in your example, it was perfect! So I look for things that 'attract' me in a positive, joyful way and they always seem to work out!
Thanks for dropping by and commenting. Yes, it's nice having those positive intuitive feelings. I just wished I had listened to some of those doubts in the past - might have kept me out of trouble more often. Oh well, live and learn as they say. :)
I did the same thing! Some girl asked me for $20, one of my co-workers when I worked at McDonald's and I KNEW she wouldn't ever pay me back, she said her mom couldn't afford medication and I KNEW that was the biggest fattest lie ever.....she didn't and she bought weed and mcdonalds. I was like WTF!
I'm sure this has happened multiple times, people playing games like that!!!
I know how you feel. That's why I wanted to put this video out there, because so many people get taken advantage of by hard luck stories and using our compassion to do it.
There is a higher consciousness that warns us to do or not do something. But learning to listen before reacting, in order to protect ourselves just takes a little training.
Sad to say, but it gets to where people don't want to help anyone because of all these scams. :(
oops! I meant to say that I call my "oh no" moments cosmic anvils! :-(
