  • easy put oil on the water the throw burning match stck at the oil, the oil stays on the top and its hard to put out fire cause by oil with water... give me thumbs up :)

  • a fake :)

  • Basically:

Energy cannot be created or destroyed.

    Just transfomred.

And there is always waste in the system.

Any "invention" that pretends otherwise is a mechanism of separating ignorant people from their hard-earned money.

  • that what Alkohol (Ch3CH2OH) clearly visable at the color of the flame,

and yes water can burn but only in flour or Xenon/Kryptonflourides becaus flour is a so extream strong oxidiser that it can oxidise water!

  • Idiots. Even if this video wasn't a hoax, it takes more energy to release the Hydrogen from the Oxygen molecules in order to burn it than the energy you get from the Hydrogen. It's like buying dollar bills for $1.50 each. go ahead. I will file this with that fucking carburetor that made 6000 pound cars get a 100 miles to the gallon that the oil companies bought up and destroyed. Stick to your day-jobs folks.

  • wow! that metho sure can burn, nice bule flame there

  • wth is evereyone mad for science but it is cool how you can actually burn water

  • QUACKERY!

  • The government and oil cartels will not this information become well known. It will kill a trillion dollar industry and send the enonomy in a tail spin yet we are poisoning mother earth. A population reduction plan is being put in affect before these already known scientific facts are released. Those of you that think this is bullshit needs to do more research on the power of water. I am sorry but this has been proven many times but the information is either bought off or the inventor is killed.

  • This has nothing to do with 'coverups' it has to do with people being generally stupid when it comes to scientific phenomena.

The oil cartels are stagnating and not allowing alternative energy projects to be funded or proceed, thats where the corruption lies. Many of the 'green' energy we are now 'just starting to look at' were proposed decades ago, but not given any funding by the government.

  • You think the government and the oil cartel are the only group that can or has come up with solutions or new energy sources? You are being naive about this situation. Corporate greed will drive people to do some very evil actions and that means putting in place a propaganda campaign designed to misinform consumers such as you. If you dig deeper you will find we had free energy a hundred years ago but it was suppressed because there was no way to charge us for it.

  • Uh, thats exactly what I said ...

"oil cartels are stagnating and not allowing alternative energy projects to be funded or proceed"

stagnate means slow down or stop. I was agreeing with you entirely, did you read my post at all lol? I said the corruption lies in the oil industry holding back energy projects that were first proposed decades ago.

  • Ok we will call this a miss communication. I was up late responding to this posts. No harm no foul. Glad to know I am not alone in my assessment of the situation. Oh yeah, I was responding to your words of keeping these technologies suppressed had nothing to do with being a cover up. Well on can say suppression is a form of cover up. Someday well see the free light.

  • It is the most perfect mixture of Hydrogen and Oxygen, which is why it burns so quickly that you dont normally see much of a flame emitted from it. In order to get a flame from it, you would need to make a small container to surround the assembly in order to buffer the gas, the HHO gas would then be fed through an arrester so that any explosion cannot travel back up the pipe and blow the assembly apart.

  • When it is connected to the batteries, lots of bubbles form between the plates and rise to the surface of the water. When a gas lighter is held close to the surface, a loud "POP" is emmited every time a big enough bubble meets the flame from the lighter.

The two product that is given of is a mixture of two Hydrogen attoms, and one Oxygen attom, this is called HHO or HOH, or sometimes refered to as Brown's Gas.

  • The two outer plates are connected to two 12 volt-7 amp batteries connected in series. One plate is positive, and one is negative.

The stainless steel aasembly is then stood on its edge in a small tub of tap water with the positive and negative wires connected to it.

  • This is not bollocks. I have done the experiment myself, but on a much smaller scale and I dont use a balloon.

I have a small asssembly which I made from four small plates of stainless steel and they are placed flat against each other and there are small strips of duct tape between each one to make a thin gap between them.

  • Alcohol.

  • wheres the sound? i used to have this with sound

  • alcohol in the balloon. nothing new here. bogus crap.

  • It just doesn't burn like water. :)

  • This is pure bullshit.

  • i dont think he actually did it because the fire spread but it was on grass so to prove it do it on cement

  • never mind i didnt see the end sry

  • why should water burn? i dont get it.. i dont say its fake, maybe someone can explaine it to me. seems to me more like the ballon/rubber is on fire, thats why it burns so long and gettin so hot. any liquid i know has to evaporatea bit on the surface (like ethanol, gasoline, petroleum,...) water wont evaporate so fast.. plz help, dont get it..

  • he split the h2o molecules. h2o wont burn but o will. thats what he did with electolisation(?).

it's not that difficult. atleast i think he did that ;)

  • Yes you can split h2o into hho and then combust (we did it in high school), the thing to remember kids is ENERGY INPUT VS ENERGY OUPUT as this is the equation we need to understand for hydrogen 'economy'.

It takes more enrgy to generate hydrogen (break bonds) than to oxidise (combust).

notice how all the dudes doing this their biggest claim to fame is they never finished high school! LOL!

  • how do you "negatively charge water"? has it got something to do with the balloon? im all for the idea but you guys aren't explaining yourselves very well at all.. not that there is a law stating you HAVE to but it would be a courteous thing to do.... cheers mate!

  • Obviously it's methylated spirits and not water.

  • To all of you who are fascinated by that: Read more books about thermodynamics and chemistry plz!

  • already knew :/..... the electricity can travel in balloon so it can even go inside... the water is inside... so the (-) and the (+) together created heats itself.

  • ACOHAL AN FIRE

  • one of the guys useing water for power was poisioned.

  • His name was Stanley Meyer. Look it up for more info.

  • So how can i do what they did, im not sure what they are doing to ge tthe water to burn, why dont some one write this down?

  • I;ve seen some good explanations and some bad/sophomoric ones about this. The blue is the heat of the flame, not necessarily alcohol, but the efficiency of the combustion process as a whole - there are so many things we still don;t know about our universe and the manipulation thereof for our benefit as well as that of the planet. Too bad all the good explanations aren't kept and the a-hole's posts deleted.

  • by the color of the flames e presume is alchol

  • and if you see it vaporets very fast , water dont ! why this assoles have to lie! i dont understand |:

  • wow that was cool i want to try it

  • This is a hoax, people!!!

  • hey it is possible the oxygen burns first then the hydrogen is next to ignite the flames. anf hydrogen is like gasoline but in gas form.

  • oxygen doesnt burn. its the hydrogen which burns.

  • oh but then... i thought fire runs on burning oxygen! then it burns the hydrogen

  • Bogus!!!! You put methanol in the balloon hydrogen and oxygen burn with a nearly invisible dim red flame. Oivey! BAD!!!! :o(

  • Interesting, seems like an electrolysis at first and then ignited.

  • You here people say water can't burn. Yeap and the world is flat and rides on the back of a tortise. The sun is pulled on a chariot across the sky and if you sail out to sea long enough you fall of the end of the world. ohh yeah and the square root of -1 is what.

  • Where is the sound????????????????????

  • Is it true that there are 92 Elements and the rest are made by Scientist? :I

  • ya they make them in partial accelerators "atom smashers" cause they take smaller elements and fuse them to make the larger onces which are usuly unstable and decompose in a few seconds

  • ya, and the most dangerous one are man made.

I think Einsteinium, or one after, very very bad stuff,

  • Super smart ppl! :O Man...I want to be smart!

  • lol

  • I agree with derjew. it must've been rubbing alchahol, i've burnt rubbing alcahol many times. it does that exact same thing. water can't burn. I've gotten in debates about the fact with my friends, and still, i don't believe it.

  • rubbing alcohal would pop the balloon

  • no it wouldn't

  • zepfan0000. you cant spell "nerd"?

  • 2:35 some splashes from the "water" completely disapate, too quickly for it to be water, its alcohol...

  • i dont think theres even 512 elements in the universe so dont post bs stuff if you dont know what it is. anyone know how this works tho? redox reaction maybe?

  • 1. no one cares how its done nirds and 2. that was awsome

  • When electrically charged,

water has been split onto 2 components (H, and O), which are both of the 512 COMBUSTIBLE elements in the nature. You can also electrostatically charge water in many other ways. You can also breake mollecular bounds between H and O, by pulsed Square Wave electrical signal.

  • You're an idiot.

  • first science minded post. possible static electricity forms around perimeter (super high frequency no ?)and elctcal direct curent is passed through water thus polarizing the water which may avail istself to disassociation. if i were to guess.

  • lol, rubbing alcohol

  • its fairly simple

there are many diffrent fule sources than fossile fule but were to lazy and dont want to invest in it because this country is too ignorent but pretty cool trick

  • lol looks like a good slumber party prank

  • holy, shit, what was that?

  • lol mrmins15 is so faking funny.....

  • pyromaniacs

  • Okay, it works like this. The water has a current passed through it, it turns to hydrogen and oxygen, an explosive mix of gasses. The initial lighting caused the explosion of the gasses, and the bit burning later was the rubber from the balloon.

    Pretty simple really.

  • most normal people dont need to read it twise. they get it the first time..fairly simple:P

  • the energy used to split the water molecules to hydrogen and oxygen (H2 &O2) is more than the energy given back when that H2 burns and recombines with oxygen(law of conservation of energy-thermodynamics)..not a very useful alternative energy resourse:P looks cool though:P

  • It would be alright as a form of energy storage. Electrolysing water into hydrogen, then back into water.

  • so it can be a water balloon only with flames?

lol, ima have a water balloon fight with this!

  • ahhhh it burns i put my ballons in the freser sure im wet but they got a broken nose and bruses XD :P

  • Looks like snake oil burning to me :)

  • that looks sooooo kool wen its burning! its like liquid flame!

  • it will explode

  • The first part is kinda confuse... But the second part look's really better...

  • That's look stupid... so many cables and things like that... Blue flames... you can't actually see if it's the "water" inside the ballon that is burning...

  • ehhh... no it isn't burning INSIDE the balloon... but once it pops the water inside it keeps burning...

  • Read his comment again again until you understand it. Jees.

  • lol, wtf, it isnt water cuz its burning blue

  • yes, if water could burn, which it cant, it would burn yellow becuase thats the spectral color oh hydrogen, and there is such a high ration of it in water

  • you are ignorant if you belive water cant burn, why dont you go watch channel 284, on directtv, they talk about how they got water to burn, and there is big huge multimillion dollar projects about this...

  • If it is Hydrogen, it will simply explode. It does not burn like a candle.

Even when Hydrogen burns when used as a torch, it is colorless to a reddish flame. It will not be blue.

  • Balloney. Ethanol in a balloon. See the blue flame.

  • interesting, and cool.
