When she says regular ink, I think she means dye ink. Pigment ink usually water soluble.

I like to use Twinklin H20's or Tombow makers and water. I learned the Tombow technique from Northwood Rubber Stamps.

If you use a permanent ink pad such as Stazon, the ink won't run.

I have only one question about the water idea with rubberstamps. Wouldn't the ink you use from the rubberstamped image run, so is there a special ink or precaution to use before you do this?
