Yo. when you light it stay further away from the vial helps a bit with a smoother less heated hit. I tend to use just a normal lighter from a distance and slowly heat it up, less char on the hit. Either way still a good TUT for them Noobs. Never thought about using bubble hash in it though great for those without a nail. Peace!

All it takes is a bit of brains: Higher wattage bulbs have numerous Heat Resistant incorporated with the glass. Low wattage bulbs on the other hand have less. Spending 60-200 bucks on a vaporizer is mental in this economy (for most of us middle class). That money can be used for more useful things. And there are other ways than just light bulbs mind you.

@BHO594 vaporizors are best to clean right after using, when its warm the vaporgoo rubs right off. Gather it up and Revape it for some amazing tasting stuff. Vaping is awesome.

Aren't you really smoking? You are heating the material to the combustion point where smoke is created. You can see the hash cherry up and glow red. That's burning, not vaporizing.
@Kdnce direct heat/energy exposure is combustion. the glass medium between the heat and the resins causes the resins to slowly reach a vaporization point instead of combustion. hope that clarifies, p&p

The first design had like a little straw, come off the other side of the carb, inside the vail. So your hit is even more thick, because the air comes in, closer to where the vapor is rising. It hits too hard, so the design that you, and me have, it just ends about a CM after the screen. The old ones, it was like an inch long. With the small vial, it almsot touched the bottom of the glass, and was way, way, way, to thick, of vapor. Read my other comments, if this is the only one you see.

I used to do mine wrong for the first few weeks. I seen everyone do it like meth, where they get a bit of vapor in there, then hit it, but since it was so small of hits, I would heat it up really fucking hot, till it got this liquid lookiing smoke, rising up.lol It tastes like shit. Made my tounge numb, and broke like 15 vails. Then I seen Archie do it, like you, and you get so much more flavor, and it is so so so smooth.

hey buddy, i used to have the same problems with storing my gooey hashes.... then i switched to wrappin it in wax paper... when you toss it in the fridge for a bit it hardens up and you can scrape it all off with a razor
@CCRawBusiness indeed, but dont use wax paper use parchment or baking paper instead, the wax coating breaks down over time into your medicine. i store every single one of my extracts in a 2x2 inch piece of parchment paper for convenience!
Donno if anyone has already told you but you can jus take dry hits in a bong with the h20 piece that's how I do it all day.. also could get a frozen coil.. that is if you're concerned about putting your vapor through water for whatever reason.

@polishdannybob sick question. personally, i have a very sensitive airway so smoking buds is always going to be harsher for me. if you're more used to smoking buds than wax, it would feel different to your throat (not necessarily harsh) and possibly irritative. i think once you get used to them both equally, you'd find the wax vape to be a smoother hit than drypipe bud simply because of the removal of the plant material.

@kennycent if i'm gonna use a bong, i'm gonna use a skillet or dome, period. i've used the 2.0 at LBC to try it out, and it can never compare to a skillet or dome. it is no where near as good, and definitely dont waste your money on it if you already have a dome.

@CCRawBusiness indeed, but dont use wax paper use parchment or baking paper instead, the wax coating breaks down over time into your medicine. i store every single one of my extracts in a 2x2 inch piece of parchment paper for convenience!

Donno if anyone has already told you but you can jus take dry hits in a bong with the h20 piece that's how I do it all day.. also could get a frozen coil.. that is if you're concerned about putting your vapor through water for whatever reason.

@polishdannybob sick question. personally, i have a very sensitive airway so smoking buds is always going to be harsher for me. if you're more used to smoking buds than wax, it would feel different to your throat (not necessarily harsh) and possibly irritative. i think once you get used to them both equally, you'd find the wax vape to be a smoother hit than drypipe bud simply because of the removal of the plant material.

@kennycent yeah if you have some extra cash and you want to try something new, definitely go for it. if you already have a skillet/dome i dont suggest the 2.0 because you'll use it twice and never again. the pipe version keeps you coming back because of its portability. toking oils while driving=pays for itself.

@godfatherscar wow, i've honestly never heard that from anyone before. going to look into that. but i can assure you, as long as you use it the correct way like i am, the metal will always be cool to the touch. i've never once heated the metal to where it was too hot to touch. it may become slightly warm over continuous use, but nothing that could be considered hot.

@kennycent if i'm gonna use a bong, i'm gonna use a skillet or dome, period. i've used the 2.0 at LBC to try it out, and it can never compare to a skillet or dome. it is no where near as good, and definitely dont waste your money on it if you already have a dome.
