  • all I seen you do is add ginger to water...so how is that tea?

  • To cure a cold or Flu quickly, you need to cleanse your nasal cavities to eliminate these cold/flu viruses and inflammatory factors in mucus. Patients using NasalCare Nasal irrigation Kit, three times a day, their symptoms reduced the next day, and recovered very fast. The average reduction of the cold duration is 4.5 days. Flu was also gone quickly. This is a safe, easy and very effective treatment.

  • This works even on colds/ flus which have taken hold, using a vegetable juicer, "juice" the ginger. The left over pulp is useful for cooking or making "tea" especially if you remove the ginger skin before juicing. (freeze it in ice cubes with water to prevent freezer burn. Now take a "shot" of aprox 5 ml of the juice. It is strong, three days of this morning and night has cured me of the worst colds and flu. If it is too strong flavoured this way then add it to lemonade. Hope this helps :)

  • Do we add that very little water that you added too? Or do we fill up the cup to measure before making the tea?

  • One thing u could add to this is cloves really good for your throat and or cinnamon IT WILL BE VERY bitter with this added item.. certin pepper corns are good aswell

    <3!

  • Great! I believe in ginger too, as well as a whole bunch of other herbs. Check out my vid on Medicinal Chinese Chicken Soup

  • And this is the video that gained you an extra subscriber.

I am so gonna try this.

  • Ginger, huh? *sneezes loudly into a tissue* At this point I'm willing to try anything...

  • i grate the ginger and add lemon and honey. its works well:)

  • what is an event band?

  • It also helps with indigestion and heartburn!!!

  • I love fresh ginger tea. I add quite a bit more ginger and I crush it to release more flavor. I then add a little raw, orange blossom or wildflower honey. I love the strong ginger taste-spicy! ;-)

  • Hey! Beloved thanks for the new vid. I use the same remedy. I chew a 1 inch piece, followed by two tablespoons of lemon, no honey, and it immediately burns the cold out of the passages,. It works overnight. Thanks again. Bless.

  • Thanks for the vid! But where was the financial tip of the week? : )

  • thank you for this....

  • Thanks.

  • Oh I just remembered, cabbage water is EXCEPTIONALLY good for getting well / good health. It may sound a bit gross but it honestly works. x

  • I think if you add honey, it is not good. When you are sick you should stay away from sweets, as the bacteria will feed on the sugar and grow

  • @annie14892 honey is a natural antibiotic so its good for colds

  • great remedy! we usually put ginger powder in our tea which we drink every day :)

  • Great tip!

  • hi dee! :-D

  • Ginger tea is amazing. It's good with brown sugar as well as lemon and honey. It's also supposed to be good for menstrual cramps. Talk about awesome.

  • This is a fantastic tip. Thanks! Ginger tea is very popular in Jamaica where my parents are from :-)

  • thanks for sharing. I love that top.

  • Green tea does wonders for healing and illnesses. I try to drink 3 cups a day, but whenever i have a cold i drink cup after cup of decaffienated (stewed for 5 mins). I always trust green tea because when i got seriously beaten up off of 3 men, I drank it constantly for three days and meditated and the bruises and cuts disappeared (and these were serious, I had to go to hospital). But yes Ginger is very good for you too. Thanks :)

  • @katanaxou thats awful, sorry that happened to u

  • @lfutrell82 Awh it's ok, this is life. At least they didn't have knives and I'm still alive. If anything positive has came out of this it's that i'm much more street wise.

  • I do the same thing - but add sugar :). Not so bitter and tastes great!

  • you can eat the ginger. my grandparents do and never catch cold or get sick. and the skin is good for you too.

  • @jeanwangg

  • heyaaa i love tea but i like milky tea so can i add milk??

  • @xwizzydoodlex

I am going to be honest. I have never added milk to tea before. I would recommend that you mix a small amount of the tea and milk together in cup to taste it. If you like it, then go ahead a drink a full glass.

  • @DiscountTrendsetter heyaa thanks 4 the reply im going to try this 2night cuz when i swallow something my throat hurts and i cant describe the feeling it hurts though and i told my mum and she sed drink ginger tea also so wish me luck :o)
