Unfortunately I dont think you can download it from anywhere, at least I couldnt find it. The BBC are strict about those kinda things.
You can only record them with voices over them.
Its unusually rare to get them without newsreaders and voiceovers on them.
and youll never get them with the GMT pips. This has been added on for this clip.
I was able to get a clean copy from a guy I know who worked for the Beeb.
