The flaw of E-verify is that if the illegal has a fake ID that has the real name and matching SSN of a US Citizen, then they pass.

Every place you apply for work, you give out personal information that can be collected and sold.

What needs changing is the parts of 8 USCode 1401that says, a child born to an illegal alien in the US is a US citizen.

The law shouls say "A child born to two non- US Citizens, in the USA, is not a US citizen, but inherits the nationality of the parents.

We need parent's nationality on state birth certificates.

We did the same thing here in San Diego's north county on March 19th. The congressman in my district [Darrel Issa] is strongly opposed to amnesty. He's one of the few whom is actually doing a good job for us. Him and Brian Bilbray are 2 of San Diego's finest
