The enlarged stomach is from eating excess of calories. not from drugs they use in the sport.

its like a muscle too it adapts depend what kind of situation you will do to your own body.

When you train heavy, your body adapts to it and muscles grow.

Same with your stomach. it grows when you force feed your self to get that excess of calories you need to grow faster.

Tough workouts should be explosive and done without that much rest and aimed at about 45 min without socializing involved in the workout.
