Convert downloaded YouTube videos to MP3

I just want the mp3, not mp4. Its too much of a hassle to download them, and then convert into mp3's. Is there a way to just download them as mp3's straight from youtube?

For me, I couldn't find the Mp3 format in my finder. once i unchecked "Download in high quality if possible" then it showed up in my finder.

I can't find where it D/L's to when I change the preference to mp3. it doesn't go to my downloads and I cant find it in the finder, please help.

whenever i DL a video with get-tube as an MP3 it doesn't work =/ it would DL as a jpeg for some odd reason or it won't DL at all )= i think i`ll have to convert it to an MP3 with garage band

Oh found that this wasn't necessary since I found out if you go to preferences on Get Tube you can change the format that you want to mp3.
