I remember seeing this cartoon way back in 1990 when Total Recall was in theatres and Stephen King's IT was giving kids nightmares. And I have to say I always thought this cartoon was pretty weird and random with all the various characters appearing from their respective shows in this special. And I have to say, this special is way out of context from what it was intended for as an anti drug cartoon. On top of that, this whole thing is just plain weird.
