hey sapo, great videos, ive been able to watch a couple here waiting on paint to dry. i just got my first wsm last week. been doing brisket the hardway, smoked on a crappy smoker from the local project store.. then finishing in the oven. keep the vids coming. im gonna try the rack mod on mine cause for my daughters bday i need to do three briskets.. let me know what you think. jay
