@paulnkiki I like to BBQ outside, but it was dark, cold and rainy when I did these Lamb Skewers. Outside, you will want to make sure the BBQ machine has heated up enough. Cook the meat till it's as done as you like. I prefer the gas BBQ because it is safer and has less carcinogens.. also, if you live in an apartment, many of them don't permit charcoal BBQ's because they are a fire hazard.
