As soon as a band comes up with a cover version of an old classic theres always some "smart ass" saying " The original is better" yea what the fuck of course original versions are always the best. Im glad there are still bands today doing these classics. Be proud instead of complaining. This Swedish band is good.

Actually rather good. It misses the most important thing about Gene Chandlers' version, the dubble beat after every "Aaahh!" and then the line that follows. That made the song, love the sax however. Atleast I am glad there are some Swedish bands out there singing golden oldies, hope there still is as I grow up.

Taken individually, none of the Boppers covers surpasses the original -- how could it? since we are starting from perfection -- but they manage to cover quite a range of idiosyncratic singing styles. A really impressive virtuosity.
