My favorite racing game ever. THIS is what happens when Nintendo and Sega TRULY come together. I love how this game never gets me bored like most other racers, as I can always count on its insane difficulty to keep me on my toes and it keeps the experience fresh no matter what.

My review:

This game is just out to hurt you, yet it plays fair. If you lose you get to quickly retry. If you care enough about the game you'll be rewarded well for completing that which you tried so hard to do, The bonus vehicles are great, my favourite was Deathborn.

I unlocked everything and feel not only rewarded, but like a gaming master deserving of bragging rights.

I'd give the game a 10/10, since I have a history with it XD

Once you play it, other racers are just too slow.

@AdmiralTrainstorm I have beaten everything but that master ai was cheap when you use their car its no where near as fast as when they use it took long enough but I got all ax pilots and beat master mode

@sonicadx Actually, I'd say that's not really cheap. It's good because at least it speeding them up requires you do become more skilled rather than say.. Difficulty causing you to take more damage.

Better the game demands skill than luck

actually with your calculations you are wrong. Not trying to be einstein here, but miles are longer than kilometers, so there is no way that 1.621mile=1km, it actually is 0.621mile=1km.

so at 1000km/h the actual speed in miles ascends to 621miles/h

and i do have some advice for you if you want to make 1st place works everytime

place first in race 1

in second race kill your rival and place first or in top 6 (only once)

3rd race place in first or in top 6 (only once)

4th race place first or in top 6 (only once)

5th race if you complete it like this you can place 30th and still get first place over all it does work so hope this helps any1

@impostergir007 oh and at 6:32 that turn its best to use the spin out attack it when turning there it really helps but hold down l as well to help with the curve but its best to get a lot of speed so you dont run into the walls

F-Zero X still seems to be the best because it takes the most skill and technique to be victorious. There are drifting techniques and agressive stances that can knock out opponents, but in a fun way. The concepts of tracks being in the sky and being really fast is what makes that game so unique. F-Zero X FTW!

I already commented on another video of yours but I will mention it again. In this kind of games which belong to a series that exists for years, you really need to know the whole series in order to make a fair review. Many people who buy or want to buy this game are people who have been following each f-zero game to date. They want to know in which way does this differ from the previous ones. Where is the Death Race mode? Where is the Speed Metal OST that ruled F-zero X? Etc...

Believe me, I do research the games I review, but that can only go so far when I haven't played the prequel(s). You could think of it in a different way: This, and my Pokemon Battle Revolution review, can give people insight who haven't played any other game like this, or Pokemon, about the game like I had to experience it, brand new.

I bought this game for FIVE dollars, in excellent condition! Of course, it's gonna stay that way, cuz I'm not taking it out of my Wii for a WHILE. I DO agree with the brutal difficulty, it's just insane. I had my neighbor over and he tried Story Chapter 2 about ten times, and got kinda close to the end. I've tried it NUMEROUS times, and got no closer. I just love those videos on Youtube that make it look so damn EASY, eh?

@FreQuenczy Oh BTW You know theres a fifth cup. Its the AX cup you get it by beating the 4 cups all on the MASTER class diffuculty Which is unlocked by beating the 3 standard cups on expert class. There is also 10 unlockables characters from the arcade game . 11 if you count the character you get by finshing story mode who is not an ax pilot. A basic key to knowing how to unlock the charcters will be this:

The Ax pilots character slot doesn't appear until you have unlocked them the smae rule applys with the cahracter you get by beating story mode on normal. When you get the characters you buy them in the shop aswell for the majority they may cost 20 tickets.

@FreQuenczy One more thing for doing chapters in story mode on Hard you will be rewarded with custom machine parts to buy. They will look red except for the cockpits they will be pink. There is also Golden parts but they are only obtainable through a Japanese AX machine

@Gainrrom exectly, they find MISSIONS hard, yea, there are pretty tough [well, on very hard some are], but people dont change character, they use captain falcon and no one else, just find a good machine and than u need practice, f zero isnt only racing, its knoking out your opponents and using the boost perfectly, most people bost till they're out of energy, and yes, THAN it gets hard to avoid the racers that come from your back, and since you slow down in danger thing, it may be hard to avoid!

This game is ridic. hard. Story mode was a good challenge on normal. but when bumped up to hard was a joke. So insane, im on the last mission on the hardest mode. And the grand prix, expert was such a great challenge reli hard but reli fun, like a challenge, but master on anything is just unbeliveable. I got hte ruby cup quite easily... but the rest is a joke. I like the fact that u can eliminate opponents and anyone in front of you, really good system, works well. REally balanced game. amazing!
