this is just a little recipe i came up with

"first sprinkle a 1/2 teaspoon of salt on raw meat with then crush onions in large plastic bag then pour onto medium size pan set raw piece in pan coat both lightly the place on seperate pan repeat process if you have other pieces

place in over and bake at 350 for 30 min. French Onion Human serves 3-5"
