  • How moving and beautifully empowering. KC is tapping into an urgent need women everywhere are feeling to express their truth and have an impact on these incredibly transformative times we live in. Stand up KC! We need to hear your message!

  • What a brilliant speech!! It touches me deeply because, for a long time, I had the negative belief that what I had to say wasn't of value. I believe KC's message is absolutely crucial, for women in particular, because the more women are able to speak up and share their voice, the more women leaders will emerge to help heal this planet. It's women like you, KC, who empower the rest of us to step out of our comfort zone and speak our truth, knowing we are celebrated every step of the way.

  • I LOVE IT! this is such an incredible message! powerful, passionate, moving and well-spoken. you are clearly on the leading edge in supporting women to take a stand, speak up and change the world! keep it up girl, you ROCK!

  • I've watched this speech twice and it brings tears to my eyes each time. While KC proposes universal concepts that both men and women can apply, the core of her message is a powerful point that women have been a part of perpetuating a culture of playing small, and punishing each other for succeeding. KC's msg gives women the permission to share their unique brilliance with the world and reassures them that they will be welcomed and celebrated for doing so. A powerful and much needed message.

  • I don't see the necessity for the gender division.
