Where can I find info on how to do the full gut cut exhaust mod?

The bike is running lean, that's why you have all that popping now with the new exhaust and hypercharger. You need to up the jets in the carb just a bit to cure that problem.

Popping is gone since I replaced the gasket rings.

before and after exhaust sound is great but your before exhaust is the best 650 sound i've ever heard how did u put that together remove baffles and the truck exhaust? any info u are willing to give up would be great
