  • In israel this entry was considered as bad entry of israel. After listning. Good preformence.

  • BELGIUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Super!!!Thanks!!!

  • Veronica ?! what is that ?

  • @SimsMoyal Commercial channel, used to be part of the public broadcasting system. Frizzle Sizzle was popular among young people at the time, and Veronica being a young broadcaster took over for that broadcast.

  • @Euroensiklopediya thanks for clearing this out ! :)

as far as i know only the participating brodcasting station is allowed to show the contest on its screen

so i must assume such a thing would not have been tolerated nowdays (or perhaps even than if anybody would have check it out)

  • @SimsMoyal The EBU member for the Netherlands is NPO (Nederlandse Publieke Omroep). This is an organisation that brings all public broadcasters of the Netherlands together. They all broadcast on the 3 main channels. That's why it's such an ease to switch broadcasters, as happened when TROS replaced NOS. Veronica used to be a part of this organisation. Another example is AVRO which is now responsible for our jESC entry, hosted the 1958 edition under the NTS name.

  • @Euroensiklopediya Thank you for sharing that info.

  • @Euroensiklopediya do you know the Dutch broadcaster which took over every contest in history?

  • @fransoto81 It was NTS/NOS from 1956-2008 for the song selection. Broadcast was done by NTS/NOS from 1956-2009 with exception of 1986. TROS is responsible for our NF since 2009-today and for the broadcast since 2010.

  • Whoever you are, I love you.
