  • Was this a two camera shoot? Nice effect. I have to make do with my one little Handycam HD, but two would give me more editing options. Thanks for the idea!

  • Nice job.. thanks for posting!

  • 911missinglinksDOTcom film made by Kosher double agents inside Mossad

    Mazel Tov

  • I am making ribs right now. i am using a combo of several utube videos as instructions.

  • Looks real good. The only problem with using a rack is if you want to do a mop of cider or sauce during the cooking it becomes difficult. Also, I've found that dry chunks of hardwood do better than wet chips. Good lookin' Q though, thanks!

  • NICE JOB....

  • Now I know what I'm missing: WATER!!!

  • Good job brother! Got a nice bark and color on them, lookin' real tasty. You making your rub or using something? I tend to do up my own so I have more control over the flavor of the rub however I was a big fan of Sucklebusters when I bought it.

  • 5 stars for some great lookin ribs!

  • I thought Jews can not eat pork!

  • that makes you....a moron!!!

  • Moron, huh. Why the insult and no explanation?

  • @townace

You are somewhat correct. Jews can eat pork BUT they aren't supposed to. He obviously doesn't follow the food laws. Pork is an unclean animal full of toxins & disease.

  • @townace, baby back ribs= beef so he can eat the crap out of those ribs

  • Nice looking ribs.. :)

  • I knew it was a joke. What is wrong with adding some facts into an educational video? A lot of people assume that kosher salt is kosher, but that's not why it's called kosher salt. I wasn't "accusing" you of not knowing that. Get your panties out of a twist.

Why does youtube have to be filled with assholes who vote down or call people "fucking morons" when they simply post a truthful, informational comment on a video which was, ostensibly, supposed to be an educational video in the first place?

  • yummmmm

  • Funny thing is that kosher salt has nothing to do with *being* kosher. It's called kosher salt because it's used for koshering meat. The large crystals coat the meat with more salt to draw out the fluids (kosher meat has to be blood free). Although many kosher salts are indeed kosher, it's not a prerequisite.

  • fuckin moron!

  • Very insightful.

  • I was invited to a Jewish BBQ once. I had to bring my own meat, no joke.

  • shut the fuck up

  • True story Livefreeordie, Apparently I wasnt fitting for the wholefoods meat. -Shalom

  • o sorry about that. im gonna try it. thanks

  • everytime i think the ribs is done, there's another process. than at the end when its finally time to eat, the ribs look burnt. wtf!

  • they aren't burnt. It's the smoke crust. (that's what I call it) if you do it right the ribs are juicy with a spiced crust.

  • Lol, those are pork right? lol i'm a jew too, got my pork ribs on the grill as we speak.

  • Unfortunately the Jewish people are very stubborn and won't change their minds for nothing. But hey I used Kosher Salt!

  • nice
