  • This video is actually very helpful it's just not for beginner

    I will defiantly try this

  • wtf!?!?

  • No offense but like honestly you are just showing what you are doing, we would like a tutorial, not just what you are doing with it. You clearly had no info to tell

  • you hae to show it, by doing it, its the better way to understand

  • This video shows no Info whatsoever

On how to actually make it.Videos should demonstrate in a simple but detailed way to make something.it's ok to say the directions but just make one of the products while saying it!It's as simple as that and by the way, practicly NOBODY can make something while listening to someone talk them through it.EVerybody thumbs down!

  • soo pretty!!

  • How do you reduce the clay?

  • tutorials are supposed to demonstrate technique so others may learn from it.

This video offers very little if any technique just lipservice.

    Thumb down.

  • so beautiful

  • I'd rather see you actually creating this complex design rather than tell me, Thanks for sharing & remember there is beauty in imperfection, Makes things truly unique.

    MCC;)

  • They ar soo cuuute! I am so shure that I cant do this :O

  • hey to fix the "mangled" butterfly look, put the cane in the freezer for about 5 minutes before u cut

  • Can anybody suggest websites for making toys out of China clays

  • @vkganesh1970 stupid they r not clay

  • I think its great that you are kind enough to share your talent so PLEASE don't take this as another smart alec comment- bc I don't mean it that way-- but most artist are visual and instead of explaining what you did, why not upload another video where you show step by step what your process is. I would love to see how you put it all together

  • If You want to get to the tutorial press 1:31 (Rude if u do...)

  • @OmgitsAbbeyx3x3x no it's not I love her accent!

  • Thank you for your video. It is great. I love your accent.

  • God I love how you say roller... there is nothing better than an italian accent *_*

  • so pritty, you can put cane in freezer to firm clay before cutting, hope that helps

  • I like your butterfly, but I would love to see how you make the final butterfly from the cane.

  • Wow, detailed work!

  • @omgitsabbeyx3x3x i agry..

  • Hetalia and his cat. >w< Hahaha. It looks pretty.

  • You're sooo talented! Love it

  • I have tried the play-doh technique - nothing but disaster. The play doh is far too soft to use for cane reduction. Perhaps the play doh in Europe is different....

  • @Loriel13 hahahahhhhhhhhhahhhahhahah

  • her accent is very irritating.

  • ciao..bellissima... fai anche i video in inglese?a me le cane affascinano tantissimo purtroppo però so realizzare i limoni e le fragole...questa farfalla è davvero stupenda. potresti fare il video in italiano?

  • AWESOME :D

  • Nice video and explanation

thanks for posting it helps a lot

  • Is she nursing a baby while recording this? I hear baby noises.

  • @GixxxerKim no! It's my cat that always has to say something while I make videos :-D

  • @GixxxerKim I think its from her. Every time she says certain words. Its nasal noises.

  • @GixxxerKim I agree it sounds amazingly like a baby more than a cat, lol.

  • sei italiana?

  • @feffi2008 sì

  • @BeadsFriends infatti capivo troppo bene iltuo inglese:)

  • @TheGennystar come mai tale affermazione?

  • @feffi2008

For me it sounds very like a hungarian accent.

  • Found it ;)

"Polymer Clay Cane - No Background - Reducing Technique by Idit Zoota and Yonat Dascalu"

She uses a sheet of Play-Doh, or salt dough, to surround her dimentional cane, then packs the cane with scrap polymer clay. Reduce the cane to the desired size, then remove the scrap clay. The salt dough won't stick to the polymer clay surrounding the dimentional core, so the scrap is easy to remove. Pretty cool, and might just be the technique you need for the butterflies.

  • @tsummerlee THANKS! I have seen the video, even if quickly, and it seems fantastic! It's a brilliant idea, I must try! :-)

  • @BeadsFriends Are you Itailian?

  • I think they're great! Such a pretty pattern, Sara. I watched a tutorial about making a 3D cane by temporarily surrounding it with clay, and then removing that clay, leaving your outline intact. Probably still on YouTube somewhere. Wish I could remember what it was called. If I find it, I'll let you know.

  • I think your butterflies are lovely and remember that nothing in nature is perfect. I also like the colors you used they look very realistic. I hope you will share more : )
