The stages are very good! You are improving. Here is what I think of each stage. (Split into parts due to comment length. And I haven't the time to write all of them yet)

Konoha Square- A simple and well made stage. The wall may block the players sometimes, but there's little that can be done. Try shortening the OOB area just a little bit, and fix the jerky camera from right stage. And maybe add some people in the background to watch the fight. Otherwise, the stage is perfect.

Kyuubi's Chamber- An odd brawl stage, but it works. It looks like it's possible to go over/through the side pillars, so that ought to be fixed. And the AI may need some work. The black magic borders see to have no collision at all. Maybe they can be edited to damage you on contact. The tiny light platforms. All in all, a pretty cool stage.
