  • I hear ya...

  • @Nexpar

Yeah, they repackaged a previously-returned defective item and resold it. Then, hid behind the "all sales final-no returns" line. Apparantly, they were offering 10-50% off electronic items and 100% off customer satisfaction. The guy I dealt with was a jackass about it. Whoever said a dissatisfied customer will tell up to 10 people never heard of the Internet. Nuff said.

    What was your experience?

  • @TTIME55440 Wow, that really sucks. My experience dates back when the store was stilled called "Soundtrack" and I was trying to get a job there. The bitch who was interviewing me for the sales floor position did a "bait and switch" and began interviewing me for a warehouse position due to my not having enough experience working a register. Then she had me go to a place where I would have to spend a couple hours answering....

  • @NEXPAR a shitload of q2uestions as to whether I have ever stole anything, if I ever worked with someone who stole, if I thought it would be ok if someone took money as long as they returned it, etc. After all that I get a rejection letter saying they found a different candidate better suited for the job. I wish every company that uses underhanded tactics like that would fold.

  • I'm glad they are going out of business....

  • @TTIME55440 Ditto, but why?

  • As of now, up to 40% off stuff, but still are selling the TV's at only 10% off.

The shelves still are full. Even huge sales don't seem to help them.

I'll head back on March 15'th, see how it's thinning out. Then I'll do the last day, closed, then moved out.
