I'm a bisexual man and i was wondering why would anyone have to tell people in their work place that they are gay unless the topic is brought up? Why should it be anyone's business unless you want to let people in your work place your business? I can see gays and lesbians coming out to their parents because your family wants to know your relationships and it's kinda hard to hide that. I think that people in your family could suspect that you're gay if you show those characteristics around them.
