oh ok well i bought a 12w7 from sonic electronix and they gave me a 1 year warranty and it come in the original box so i couldn't tell if it was refurshed or not but next time i will order from jl website or crutchfield

from what i was told by my JL dealer, the ZR was top of the line but is an older model and has older technology. C5 is much newer and up to date, basically an upgrade to the ZR. main difference is the cone on the tweeter is silk, give a much cleaner sound than that of the ZR. dont hold me to all that tho
i havent had any problems with the V2 series that was released in 07. the older JL amps had a lot of problems tho. i wasnt too impressed with my old kicker amp, had a 1200/1 and it didnt do as much as the jl 1000.1 that i now have. ive always loved JL amps tho. i never had ANY problems with em. very powerful, reliable amps.

i make a decent paycheck and live a good life. im very grateful. and its actually pretty safe down here. not to mention i keep the vehicle secure at all times

the logo is etched to the inside part of the plexi and then put a strip of LEDs on the top of the glass.. along the edge, and it just glows the etch. came out lookin nice.

How are the JL amps these days? I had Kicker & MTX amps before but they are cheap junk. Phoenix Gold makes nice amps but pricey as hell.

done in pompano beach by elite auto.
it pushes two amps. back then it was a kicker 1200/1 and a lil mtx amp for the mids
now its a jl 1000/1 v2 and 450/4 v2
