LINKSYS is the best way to go. And don't bother getting Wireless G, Get Wireless N. It's way faster.

Dont buy Belkin! Buy NETGEAR! Belkin are shit for online gaming, port forwarding or any task that isnt a basic one. They also disconnect every 5 minutes for no reason! I recommend Netgear to everyone!

@ThrenodyHate the tiny lil thing is amazing,i bought it at walmart fer like 25-29?brought the thing home n was scared it wouldn work right,i hook it up in a breeze,set the pass,go up to my ps3 connect thourgh to it,n walla!! its awesome works perfect,i think once i had to reset it cause power went out,other than that its perfect,the only thing is you can only use it on i think one item,i tryed putting it on my brothers ps3 and and it was very slow and laggy,so only use it for one for best result

on the system tray next to the clock at bottom right, the triangle icon is your internet connection 2 tiny screens is for wire ethernet & a single with beam is for wireless. Regardless, right click it and select repair. Your connections will restablished.

Can you only use the ports on the back for file sharing between computers? Or can you use them for internet as well?

This router will get around 140 mbps wirelessly if you have security turned off. With security on however, forget it, it only reaches 25 to 30 mbps. Also if you connect a USB drive you will only get 18 to 25 mbps, connecting the same drive directly to my computer and  I get 250 mbps. The processing power of the unit is not good enough to deliver anywhere near a decent performance with security on and the supplied storage manager software is very very slow. I am returning mine.

just bought it today!! very simple to set up, and install security. took about 1 minute tops!! great connection for ps3, and ipod touch!! recommend it for sure! also, one of the cheaper N routers on the market. definate buy.
