@5xClay You'll get the ultimate answer: Because they fucking can! And english sounds better than german in this form of singing. They recorded a song in german called "Straßenkampf". Go and hear it. It sounds more brutal, but not that "melodic" when you understand,what I mean.=D

@jesterheadg3r Fail. Straßenkampf has a different singer (I think either the bassist or the guitarist), thats why it sounds more brutal. I usually like german songs from bands who usually sing english alot more than the english one. Only-german bands suck though.

@GermanRofL95 I've heard bands scream in German, Swedish, Finnish, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, etc. etc. and I usually don't even realize it's not English for a minute if it's really heavy like this... plus some European bands have non-American pronunciations on top of screaming which throws me off too lol
