My las post was pobably poorly worded. I didn't mean to infer you didn't understand the seriousness of the chase. What I should have been more precise on was the need for the extra police cars in Southern Cal. I think that is where the reason there were so many cars. Yea, maybe they should have called of some of them, but with all the exits the guy could have made, back tracking, or other crazy stuff, they probably feel the need to cover all the bases.
